Learn | Train | Work
Our mission is to empower marginalized communities by providing comprehensive workforce training programs that equip low to moderate income individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to secure entry-level construction jobs.
Mississippi Gulf Coast residents who are low to moderate income, between the ages of 18-50 can receive training and credentials in CORE, Construction and Electrical Wiring, through KOPC Workforce Development Program. Participants are trained for entry-level positions in the construction industry through targeted outreach and community engagement.
We aim to bridge the gap between unemployment and sustainable employment, fostering economic stability and upward mobility for individuals and their families.
